UWG offers 87 programs of study, eight undergraduate degrees with 43 programs of study, nine graduate degrees with 24 programs of study, an education specialist degree with five programs of study, four doctorates, nine post baccalaureate certificates and two post masters certificates. The university also Georgia’s only honors college. Gifted high-school-age students can earn college credit through the Advanced Academy of Georgia, one of only 20 or so U.S. residential college early-entrance programs.
